TESTIMONIAL
As we sit back and relax in our new home, it is time to reflect upon the past 12 months and our association with Coldwell and Banker South West Sydney.
Our story begins in the Spring of 2005 when we began canvassing the market for a suitable agent to sell our home and purchase a new house in Voyager Point.
Since we built our house in Wattle Grove in 1993, our family had now grown from two to five and subsequently in time we had come to the realisation that we had also outgrown this house. We decided to relocate to a neighbouring area and Voyager Point was the ultimate goal.
Coldwell and Banker were impressive and professional in the manner at which they marketed and sold our Wattle Grove house. As typical anxious vendors we frequently contacted Coldwell and Banker requesting the outcome of potential buyers. It was not long before we got to know Azam Dabbagh at Coldwell quite well. Azam always tried to make him self available both during and after hours to take the time to discuss the progress of our sale, ongoing market strategies and generally uphold our confidence in the whole process.
In a slow market it was only through Coldwell and Bankers consistent marketing coupled with Azam’s professional experience to work together with both the vendor and the buyer that achieved the end result. Our Wattle Grove home was sold in only four weeks. Delighted with this outcome, we utilised Coldwell & Banker to secure the purchase of our new home at Voyager Point.
Once again Azam’s real estate experience, initiative and creative marketing were the fundamental factors behind the purchase of our new property.
As Vendor and/or Buyer you must have not only trust and confidence in your appointed real estate agency but also most important the nominated agent. Thank you Azam Dabbagh, and Coldwell & Banker for your support and encouragement through the entire real estate experience.
To this day, from time to time we still drop into the Wattle Grove (Sandy Point) office to keep abreast of the local market activity and continue our amicable association with the Coldwell and Banker Team.
In a difficult and slow market, did we get a bargain? Yes, because satisfaction between all parties was ultimately achieved and this is immeasurable!
Regards, Ann and John McInerney
