Linda Horton was desperate to sell her Holsworthy home but was starting to give up hope when her three bedroom property sat on the market for five months but then a friend suggested she change her real estate and place the home with Coldwell Banker at Wattle Grove.
“She told me she had heard that the agency had a large database of buyers and that Holsworthy homes were the flavour of the month, I thought well I’ve got nothing to lose”
Linda called the Wattle Grove agency and the sales team assured her that they had a number of people on their books who would be interested in viewing the property
Four weeks and thirteen inspections later, salesperson Azam Dabbagh sold the home for $413,000.
Azam said “I could see that this property had immediate appeal with its functional kitchen and extension, it had been beautifully maintained and was scrupulously clean and tidy.”
